We ensure all our packages are sent out with at least a 'sign for' service, which does come at a cost (set by the postal service), but this is preferred as it provides very little risk of non delivery.  All items are Smart marked (Invisible security marked) prior to shipping. No returns are offered on this item, SOLD AS SEEN. ONLY in the case of postal damage will a return be considered (Hence the Smart Security markings), and any return postal charges are to be borne by the purchaser.
