75th Liberation Jersey Island Cushion Cover 9th May 1945
Two different double sided cushion covers, specially commisioned to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Jersey on the 9th of May 1945, from the occupying German Forces at the end of World War II.
Force 135 was a fleet of miltary and naval vessels, tasked with liberating the islands and accepting the surrender of the German forces within all of the Channel Islands.
There are two Jersey designs, each having two different images on each side of the cushion. The cushion cover sizes are 45cm x 45cm, and are made from linen material. These do not come with any fillers
