All our Vintage and Retro items are sent out with smart markings, invisible to the naked eye. This is to ensure that for any return requested, the actual title sent should be confirmed on return, as we have had 'collectors' and buyers in the past, attempt to send back their own inferior versions for a refund. Retro Vintage hardware items are 'SOLD AS SEEN' so no returns are accepted. The Exception being if severe postal damage occurrs, but then it will be the buyers responsibility and cost, to return this to us at that time.. All our products are sent out at set postage rates per region, from the UK (Guernsey) area. The initial postal rate for any CART may seem high, as we ensure all our packages are sent out with at least a 'sign for' service, which does come at a price (set by the postal servicces), and this provides very little risk of non delivery that can be claimed.
